I (Krissy) have not performed like this since my classical recital days 14 years ago. I’m typically singing behind a drum set or bass. So this was incredibly special and possibly brave? And Salo has never played drums onstage before so that is certainly brave.

🔪We got featured in the Wire Magazine‼️ what an honor‼️ thank you @steffimusics for the thoughtful questions and conversation. We ordered an extra copy for Gibby.
🖤 Our VINYL and CDs have arrived, pre order link in bio. Tapes are arriving any day now. And the album is available for an early listen on my iPod. What year is it??
📻 We were today’s top tune on KCRW. And were in the top 30 tracks played one week. We love radio!!

I am TEN years sober today! My sobriety is entering the 5th grade!
This photo was a sweet moment with Green Boy the gorgeous and horrendous corpse flower at the Huntington the day before he bloomed. Green Boy is incredibly brave and I think there’s so much to learn from him 🖤

What a WEEK‼️ Thursday was the LA premiere of Chronology of Water. Paris scored the film (!!!) She then put together a band to perform it live. We had one nine hour rehearsal before we performed the soundtrack at the premiere. An insane and magical and fulfilling 48 hours and a true honor.
I played drums and sang backup and did very intense @object_as_subject style breathwork at this show. I love u Paris and am endlessly impressed and inspired by you and what you have created. I am excited for the present and the future ⚡️⚡️⚡️
