CHELSIE & ERIC • from two different countries, they met on a secluded island in the Philippines. One bar, two beer crates, San Miguel beers and talking until 3am in the morning, with a stranger they thought they would never see again. Then COVID closed the world before they could find their way back to each other. Two years of dates over screens and different time zones. And through it all, they made it here ✨ Some love stories defy every reasonable explanation. Theirs is the kind that reminds you, of all the people in the world, it was always going to be each other. Harvest 2026 complete 🌙 Now in our 45th year - and farming organically and biodynamically since 2006 - Krinklewood’s vineyards gifted us an abundance of Sèmillon, juicy Shiraz fruit, and powerful, low-yield Chardonnay picked in harmony with the biodynamic calendar. From this remarkable vintage comes the return of our Basket Press Shiraz and Sèmillon (wines we dearly missed last vintage), alongside a lively Sauvage Orange with another exciting artist collaboration arriving at the cellar door soon. Thank you to our friends who travelled from near and far to harvest with us. The work now continues in the winery as the 2026 vintage begins its life in barrel.

This Valentine’s Day, join us at the Estate. @cezans specially curated four-course set menu is designed to be shared and enjoyed slowly, whether you’re celebrating with a partner or gathering your favourite people. Begin with oysters and a glass of our highly awarded 2025 Estate Sémillon on arrival, followed by shared antipasto, chicken supreme and slow-cooked lamb shoulder with seasonal sides. The meal finishes with a rose, lychee & raspberry macaron handcrafted by visiting French Pastry Chef @aymeric.chatellier . Set among vineyard views and an easy, romantic atmosphere, it’s a long lunch made for lingering. $110 per person | Optional wine pairing available at $40pp.
