Begin with oysters and a glass of our highly awarded 2025 Estate Sémillon on arrival, followed by shared antipasto, chicken supreme and slow-cooked lamb shoulder with seasonal sides.
The meal finishes with a rose, lychee & raspberry macaron handcrafted by visiting French Pastry Chef @aymeric.chatellier .
Set among vineyard views and an easy, romantic atmosphere, it’s a long lunch made for lingering.
