Iām talking engraving on a cruise ship, having my work featured in Vogue (twice!!), going from 5k to 30k followers in two years (it took me four years just to hit 5k), and meeting some of the most incredible small business owners along the way.
And now Iām pivoting. To find what I truly love doing again. And to build a community of like-minded people while I figure it out.

These compact mirrors have always been a popular gift for the girlies, so I had to keep them even after the rebrand!

It honestly didnāt go how I expected.
I thought I was going to turn RD into more of a gift shop, but somewhere in the process it just didnāt feel rightā¦ so I ended up starting over.
And somehow that led me back to what Iāve always cared about ā words, and the meaning they hold.
Thatās how the embroidered frames came to life.
Something you can keep, not just because it looks nice, but because it actually means something to you.
This whole rebrand feels a lot more aligned with what I want RD to be.

With this first collection, I wanted to bring a touch of whimsy and romance.
I kept coming back to velvet and lace, and how soft and nostalgic they feel. Paired with the swan illustrations, it just felt like the kind of piece that holds a quiet kind of love.
I also chose not to add glass on top, so you can actually feel the texture of the embroidery. The threads, the fabric, the details. It makes it feel more real, more personal.
I honestly havenāt seen anything quite like this, and I think thatās what makes it so special.
But more than anything, these are made to hold something meaningful to you.
A phrase, a date, a few words you donāt want to forget.
Something youād give to someone you love, or keep for yourself.
