Very excited to announce that I’m having my first solo photo show. Big shout out to Roan and Sean at @knowfuturegallery for helping me check this goal of mine off the list! Come hang out and help me celebrate the opening, May 9 from 4 to 7pm. Some friends and I will be playing records throughout the reception.
Off Track is an exhibition of street photography across the Bay Area taken along various stops on the @gocaltrain line from San Jose to San Francisco. Along with the gallery exhibition, there will also be an accompanying photo zine featuring more images from the project. #madewithkodak #tmax400
Come block print with me @knowfuturegallery Sunday, June 28th from 2-5pm in San Jose Japantown! We’ll be focusing on mini-sized blocks for mini greeting cards and you’ll take home your tools so you can keep on creating! Sign ups in bio!
Intro to Block Printing - Mini Greeting Cards:
🔸Learn to carve, ink up, and print your own mini blocks!
🔸Draw your own art and/or use one of my pre-drawn nature-themed illustrations!
🔸8 students maximum
🔸Our small workshop size allows for plenty of time for me to work with you individually on your ideas and technique!
🔸Expect to finish the class with at least one mini carved block and a batch of mini greeting cards!
🔸Workshop fee includes $35+ worth of materials you get to take home including your block, lino cutter, 10 mini cards, and an archival ink pad.
🔶 We’ll be outside on the patio weather allowing!
