Jubo - Coldwater:
Jubo - Coldwater is a family-owned brand built by three brothers from San Jose—Jason, Averill, and Brian. Each brother brings his own creative vision: Jason is the owner of Jubo Clothing, Averill leads Ave, and Brian is behind Rila. Together, they’ve come together to create Coldwater—a brand rooted in family, inspired by the street where their grandmother raised them, and shaped by the experiences that brought them here.

Bake That Ass Up:
Ivette is the founder and owner of Bake That Ass Up, born and raised in San José.
Her love for baking started at home, inspired by her dad, a talented chef who introduced her to the kitchen at a young age. She went on to attend pastry school over 15 years ago and gained experience working in bakeries, fine dining restaurants, and corporate kitchens before launching her own business.
Today, Ivette creates American-style desserts like buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and cheesecakes, infused with nostalgic Mexican flavors from her childhood—think churro, dulce de leche, and Ibarra hot chocolate.
She’s especially known for her whimsical floral cakes and non-traditional designs, while also loving the vintage heart cake trend (and secretly hoping it never goes out of style).
