Just wanted to permanently commemorate one of my proudest recordings. I played the electric on @neutraltidesmusic ’s fantastic song The Love We Had. It included a spot for a solo and what we crafted there is, I think, my best recorded solo to date. I’m extremely proud of it.
I don’t think this is the exact take that ended up on the song but it’s pretty close.

Some real, warts and all practice footage of me trying to get the main line from @brentmason.official ’s tune Hot Wired. The last two were ok!!! But this is as fast as I think I can get it today. This was after 45 minutes of work, and I’m still quite a bit under tempo. But I’ll get there. I think it’s important to share our imperfections sometimes because too many people think the bar is set at players like Giacomo or Ichika when even they can’t play what they play…
I just want to say a huge thank you to all the lovely folks I’ve worked with this year. 2025 was, professionally, one of the best years of my life and I of course have all you amazing artists and musicians and friends to thank for it.
