May 5, 2026, New Book: “A Season’s Journey” from Award-Winning Global Theologian and Public Intellectual, Keith Magee, and Spirit of Humanity Forum Press. In an era marked by profound social fragmentation, spiritual fatigue, rising intolerance, and continued hatred in its many forms — anti-Semitism, racism, Islamophobia, anti-Christian bias, homophobia, xenophobia, misogyny, and political extremism — Rev. Dr. Keith Magee’s new book, A Season’s Journey, arrives as an urgently needed guide for readers seeking deeper meaning, moral clarity, and pathways toward healing. Indeed, many are asking urgent questions: How did we arrive at such deep division? How do we move beyond fear, hostility, and suspicion? And how can individuals of every faith—or none at all—reclaim lives rooted in hope, purpose, and shared humanity? A Season’s Journey offers a profound answer. Far more than a devotional, A Season’s Journey is an accessible, inclusive, and deeply reflective companion for personal renewal, spiritual resilience, and emotional grounding. Through 94 meditations, Rev. Dr. Magee masterfully blends wisdom from faith traditions, philosophy, literature, and the natural world to guide readers—whether believers, seekers, or skeptics—through life’s many seasons with grace and intentionality. Sharif István Horthy, Co-Founder and Chair of the Guerrand-Hermès Foundation for Peace, writes in the book’s foreword: “This book is a gem. Like a close friend, it accompanies us for a season—whatever season we choose—and keeps drawing us, always gently and with love, back to our deepest, our best selves.” Horthy continues: “Keith’s book is an antidote we all need, helping us resist the growing forces of materialism, indifference, hopelessness, and disconnection that increasingly threaten our humanity.” Early praise has been equally compelling: “A Season’s Journey is a beautiful invitation to attune to the sacred rhythm of our lives, with tenderness, wisdom, and gratitude. It will help you open up to life’s mystery and be carried with grace along your journey.” — Thomas Legrand, Politics of Being #ASeasonsJourney #Meditation #Hope #Faith #Humanity Link 🔗 to purchase👆

Lest we forget when The Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, says he’s not afraid, that he’s from New Orleans Creole descent. #PopeLeoXIV #Creole #NOLA #JustSayin

This past Thursday, April 9, 2026, was a truly glorious day at Morehouse College @morehouse1867 We gathered to honor and celebrate the life, legacy, and retirement of The Reverend Dean @lawrenceecartersr PhD, a professor, prophet, preacher, and pastor to thousands; a global spiritual father whose imprint spans generations. For over 47 years, he has faithfully served as the founding Dean of the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel, shaping lives with wisdom, discipline, and grace. He also the one to lay hand and blessed @sirzayden as a baby. 🫶🏽 I have the privilege of serving as Co-Chair of the Dean Lawrence Carter Sr. Chair Endowment Committee. If you feel led to support this enduring legacy, the link 🔗 is in the bio. 👆😉 The prophet of the hour was US Senator The Reverend Dr @raphaelwarnock was both stirring and deeply fitting. Drawing on the image of Elijah with the bow and arrow, he spoke of a legacy that does not end with the prophet, but is carried forward through those who are sent—reminding us that Dean Carter’s life has been one of aim, release, and righteous trajectory. I was also deeply encouraged to stand with two of my brother-friends, @keithboykin and Bryan Bonaparte @watchpsychology as they were inducted into the Collegium of Scholars, along with sister-friend @berniceaking and to witness so many others honored for their extraordinary contributions. Shout out to the unintentional security detail pose @quintien 🤣 And in a quiet, humbling moment—I saw my portrait, unveiled in October 2025, now hanging on the wall just beneath Bishop Mariann Budde, who was unveiled the same day. 🙏🏽 Moments like these remind us: legacy is not only about what we build, but what we bless forward. Thank you Dean! #DeanCarter #Prophet #Legacy #Morehouse #PropheticJustice

The @unitednations General Assembly, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, adopted Ghana’s “Declaration on the Trafficking of Enslaved Africans and Racialized Chattel Enslavement of Africans as the Gravest Crime against Humanity.” This marks massive progress. It recognises the work we are doing through @unesco Dialogues on Reparatory Justice. Moments like this remind you that the impact and commitment to the hard work truly matter. They make you smile and give thanks. 🙏🏽✨☺️ #UnitedNations #UNESCO #ReparatoryJustice #Reparations #Dialogue The United States, along with Israel and Argentina were the three that voted against. Nonetheless, there is progress! Link 🔗 to the Declaration in the bio. 👆
