It was an honor to have been able to take part in this incredible production as an assistant.
“After photographing in 35 countries for A Beautiful World, with a focus on Africa, Asia, the Middle East, South and Central America, I felt compelled to take a closer look at a place often seen as removed from these regions. I chose Switzerland. It is remarkable how the stories that define each country through its traditions make it unique, while simultaneously revealing a shared pattern in human behaviour. Beliefs, fears, and celebrations, though diverse, seem to follow a common thread.
Switzerland, in particular, surprised me with how deeply its people remain connected to their traditions, even in a world of constant change. This enduring attachment is a testament to the power of cultural heritage. It is a reminder of the unifying forces that bind us all-forces worthy of celebration.” Mario
