🌱 Game, Image, Task 12:30-2pm
An approachable, training-agnostic way to view and create contemporary physical performance. Under this framework, we think of game, image, and task as three distinct modes of action in performance: what a performer does. No experience required, all disciplines welcome. 18+.
💥 Toss & Towers 2:30-4pm
In this workshop we will focus on toss (swing) and towers (stacks, two highs, three highs). We’ll cover more traditional skills and work our way up to some lesser known combos. Come prepared to play in groups. 18+.
💕 Acro Jam 4-5:30pm (donation based / PWYC)
This acro jam is open to anyone with at least some previous acro experience! Bring something to work on or seek inspiration day-of with Kevin, Sierra, and Liam of Full Out Formula.
