✨ 34 and my heart is overflowing. ✨
I’m so grateful for this life for the love that surrounds me and the people who make it feel so full. I don’t take any of it for granted.
Motherhood is my greatest gift. It’s stretched me, softened me, strengthened me and has given me a kind of joy I can’t even put into words.
I’m so thankful for my Ryan for the love we share and the way we show up for each other. I love the life we’re building side by side. I’m blessed beyond measure to have a support system that holds me down and reminds me what really matters.
And my art? I’m still in awe that I get to live out my wildest dreams through what I create.
Cheers to 34! 🥂🌹
🎭 OPEN CALL: MELANCHOLY MASQUERADE 🎭
Melancholy Masquerade is a group exhibition about the masks people wear to survive.
We’re looking for work that speaks to hiding pain behind a smile, performing strength, staying silent to belong and the emotional weight carried by people who’ve had to “get along to get along.”
This show is for the ones who learned how to make others comfortable while hiding themselves. The ones who turned survival into performance.
We want art that feels honest, emotional, haunting, beautiful, raw, soft, strange or powerful.
🖤 All visual art styles welcome
📅 Submission Deadline: June 15
✨ Exhibition Opens: July 10-August 1 at Common Objects Seattle, WA during @belltownartwalk
Submit through the link in bio.
Show us what lives behind the mask.

To live out a dream will always be something I’m grateful for. I always think of the people who sacrificed for me to even be able to share my artwork and especially in the way I do. I get to create on my terms as more than an act of resistance but also because of joy. I’m excited to be apart of @shunpikearts Storefronts & Artist Residiences. My biggest hope is that a little girl who wishes to be walks past @5thandpikestudios and sees my art and her heart erupts with inspiration and goes home and lets her imagination wonder!
My installation is on view 24/7! Visit @5thandpikestudios and check it out! ✨
Black Baptism. A symbol of resistance, renewal and radical hope. ✨
From hush harbors to open waters. From whispered hymns to full congregations these sacred moments carried generations forward.
Being a church girlie I always appreciated the feeling of Baptism Sunday and was drawn to this because I has mine in a River which felt hella Black yah know. This beautiful photograph was taken by the amazing photographer @marinovichphotography
Merry Christmas yall! From my crew! Loving these holiday cards I made for us this year so much I had to share! Also some sweetness from the day. Truly thankful for a great time to spend with my babies. 🥹I hope you all were met with joy and love today.
It’s really hard to wrap up my Art Basel experience as a showcasing artist in a fair but also the overall experience in itself. I truly had such an amazingly refreshing time enjoying the art and the city. I showed my art, saw the Clipse up close, spent time with family, slowly walked through Basel viewing Picasso and Basquiat. Finally signed some of my art for a young art collector all the way from Spain. What a blessing this life is and this was proof that I am truly headed in the right direction. It was so hard to choose photos so I chose at random lol Had the best time with my Miami Hurricane @loqui_quigs was the best tour guide Eva! I’ll be byke 305!
