“The most radical thing we can do in times of chaos is stay in relationship with something slower, deeper, and older than the noise.” — Katherine Dessert
Tending Wild Yin
21 Days of Taoist Feminine Practice
March 24 - April 13, 2026
9am-9:15am PST on zoom
Tending Wild Yin is an invitation to root into the body through rhythmic, cyclical feminine practices. Over these three weeks, we’ll explore Taoist feminine practices such as breast and belly massage, ovarian breathing, and the Nine Flowers practice—working with touch, breath, attention, and gentle ritual to cultivate softness, vitality, circulation, and deep internal listening.
We’ll meet each morning on Zoom for shared practice and tending. All sessions will be recorded, with access throughout the 21 days and for 30 days afterward if you can’t join live.
You’ll also be welcomed into a private WhatsApp group for daily connection, reflections, and gentle support throughout the 21 days.
This practice is for those longing to feel more at home in their bodies, to reconnect with inner rhythms, and to nourish the Yin body through consistent, embodied care.
Suitable for all levels; no prior experience needed. DM or link in bio to register.
