Both a giving and receiving this morning as I care for the garden, and harvest a loot of cherry tomatoes with so much awe and love.
We honor these harvests by sharing it with family and friends, for them to enjoy and for the garden to be happy🤍

Inner Peace Inner Power Retreat, Mount Abu India.
The cup of my soul is FULL to the brim after this week.
This was my 7th time in this heavenly place (home away from home), and 2nd time as a guide for this retreat. We had 160 beautiful souls from the Arab countries & Asia.
We meditated, went on silent walks, listened to deeep classes, explored and experienced the inner self, bonded with friends, remembered we are souls (the paper on our foreheads), service service and more service with so much love (felt like I was everywhere at all times), visited my old herbalist friend Mukund, played the ukulele, reunited with my angelic wise teachers.
My experience: overflowing joy in a rooted peace, constantly connected to the Divine✨
As a result, I was making eye contact and smiling at everyone I passed. With the belief that every being deserves to be seen and loved in their essence.
Tending to spaces has slowly become a passion🌹
Making it pristine with touches of beauty allows me to breathe deeper, rest internally and be so ready to take aligned action🤍
