An engaged audience gathered at our @uofreginaofficial campus to unpack the evolving landscape of the Global Energy Policy: Past, Present, and Future.
The lecture highlighted how past policy decisions continue to shape present‑day energy challenges, from security and affordability to sustainability and transition planning.
The event concluded with conversations among attendees, reinforcing our aim to create spaces where ideas, evidence, and diverse perspectives come together in solving some of today’s most pressing global challenges.

We are delighted to announce @jsgspp Master of Public Policy (and future PhD) student Laura Fraser is this year's recipient of the Isobel and Len Findlay Travel Award.
This annual award provides financial travel support to knowledge mobilization activities of a student who demonstrates a commitment to exploring the transformative potential of democratically governed co-operatives and other social economy enterprises.
Laura's work focuses on the Canadian-United Kingdom timber trade and the development of Canadian forestry management. This Award will support Laura in sharing her research with a wider academic community through presentations at the Canadian Network for Economic History and Canadian Economic Association, Atlantic Canadian Studies conferences.
