Lauren Gallow is a writer, editor, and marketing consultant working in the fields of architecture, art, and design. Formerly an in-house writer and marketing coordinator for design firm Olson Kundig, she holds a Master's degree in Art & Architectural History from UC Santa Barbara. She has served in editorial capacities for ARCADE magazine and GRAY magazine, and is a regular contributor to Dwell, Luxe, and Metropolis. Her writing has also appeared in Architectural Digest, Interior Design, Cultured, The Architect’s Newspaper, and Cereal.

"Golden Cuffs sculptural vases exist in a space between art and function. While serving as flower vases, these ceramic objects could stand alone as sculptures and be an object d'art in and of itself. Design features slender forms with multiple cutouts offering new possibilities for floral arrangements. Made by hand and adorned with gold, these vases invigorate every bouquet."

"Simply being human can feel so immediate, immersive, and stressed that it is sometimes difficult to believe that the beauty around us is enough-the kind of beauty that shows up as small plants in the cracks of sidewalks, for example. Our everyday encounters with beauty are essential, but invisible unless we make ourselves vulnerable to them. I was inspired to create a painting that is large in scale without being commanding, using limestone plaster that is organic, breathable and textural."

"After time in isolation, our yearning for togetherness has become stronger than ever. This punch set stands a hope for the future; for raucous parties and closeness with those we haven't been with in some time - and a shift to prioritizing community in this new world. This punch set includes a punch bowl, decanter and stopper, ladie, and 6 cups. The borosilicate glass chain motif throughout provides a juxtaposition of the trapped feeling a chain invoked with the lightness, clarity and breakable nature of glass. My hope is this set will go to a home who can use it to celebrate togetherness and those who make them feel like home."
