Combining two passions: Running and Whiskey made for a great blend today! Big thanks to all from @crownheightsrunningclub @tgifruncrew @bedstuyflyers for joining our first ever Distillery Run, @kingscountydistillery for hosting us, and @johnbedard for leading the distillery tour. Hope everyone got to take away a little more whiskey knowledge.

This has always been one of my favorite days of the year. Sometimes I've put in the hard work and others I haven't. This year I leaned into the training with some amazing people from @crownheightsrunningclub & @bedstuyflyers and I sent a course PR, 8 minutes faster than last year! 1:42:20 (unofficial) 🙌🎉 I am so grateful for @ramsay.russell and all she does to support me! 🙏 . Thank you to my training buddy, @lesterhead who has been killing it and has @chimarathon in her sights!! . Also as the song goes "... It's a damn good feeling to run these roads..." with such wonderful friends who take great action shots!!
