Human remains found at a Texas home belong to a six-year-old boy who investigators believe was murdered by his death-obsessed, abusive mother, authorities said. The decaying corpse discovered Thursday behind home in Everman, a suburb of Dallas, has been identified as Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday. Elvin Suarez of Morningside Heights was hit with two counts of manslaughter, three counts of vehicular manslaughter, two counts of vehicular assault and one count of DWI, according to cops. A University of Georgia graduate died after leaping from a towering cliff into an Alabama lake during a graduation trip with his friends.
