Iām pleased to share that an exhibition I curated for House of Hues, (@houseofhuesgallery ) āThe Way We Carry Light,ā will be on view at Aqua Art Miami from December 3ā7.
The group show includes artwork by Charles Middleton III, Dominic King, Roscoe Hall, Ashley Cole, B. Moore, and Auudi Dorsey, celebrating the fullness of Black life in Americaāthe laughter and the labor, the memory and the momentum.
Through figurative and narrative works rooted in personal identity, ritual, and community, these artists illuminate the real stories that often go unseen.
