Sharing some seasonal sparkle ✨and wishing everyone a cosy Christmas. I hope you're spending the holidays with someone you love and treats you right. It's a time of year for gratitude. I have much to be thankful for. We shot this story the day before my horrific car crash back on 30 November 2023. I have spent the last year on a healing journey with constant hospital and specialist appointments. Big thanks to my amazing medical team . It's been challenging and frustrating recovery from a head trauma that resulted in brain damage, hearing loss, tinnitus, a huge reduction in cognitive ability and vertigo. At times, utterly terrifying but thanks to the support of my incredible friends I'm still here and focusing on the future. No gift in the world can match the excitement for properly returning to my life in the new year.
Big love to all the special people who picked up the pieces, kept me together, checked in, made me laugh, held me tight and were patient while my brain didn't work. Scary times! So happy for all the recent festive fun and being able to have a dance without falling over! Health really is wealth, it's true. It's been so special to return to my identity over the last months, hope is the ultimate motivation.
May ya'll move with joyful grace through the holidays. Have a cool Yule 🎄
