”A Swedish Fairytale” - short film
Thank you
@vougemagazine and
@stockholmfashionweek for the premiere last week, I’m so happy to finally share this new film with y’all here too. It was a pleasure working with inspiring high jewellery designer
@marianilsdotter on this project. I've been dreaming of a film with Swedish mythological characters partying together for many many years (a quite trippy inspo folder has been growing on my laptop..), and back in June when Maria told me her main inspiration behind her brand are the stunning paintings by John Bauer, my all time favourite folklore illustrator, the stars had aligned and it became a creative collaboration that needed to happen this summer. Thank you for the trust
@marianilsdotter ✨
Very grateful for the big team of incredible artists who made this project come to life. If you watch the film, please take the time to read the credits (and also work with these geniuses, I'm telling ya..). Was a dream to be sharing a magical sunrise in my fave Stockholm forest with so many real life badass witches and elves that I respect and admire, both in front of and behind the camera.
