꧁╭⊱𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦⊱╮꧂ I’m really excited to share with you my new album « What They Left », coming soon on Second End Records. This record means a lot to me, it’s a deeply personal work, conceived as a form of therapy and reflection. Across 13 tracks blending super textured ambient, dub techno, and ambient techno loops, it explores memory, transformation and connection. To mark the occasion, I’ve decided to produce a beautiful vinyl edition, designed by @lucas__dupuy Releasing December 12th, 2025 ————————————————————————————— For his new full-length on Second End Records, Lyon-based artist Jonnnah turns deeply inward. Conceived as a form of therapy, as much as a reflection and a testimony, the record retraces a process of introspection and confrontation with one’s own history, looking back at origins, DNA, and the invisible ties that connect us to our ancestors, while opening paths toward new connections. The double-sided structure of the album makes this journey tangible. The first side lingers in uncertainty : opaque atmospheres, fragmented rhythms, and restless textures mirror the doubts, questions, and fragile states of self-analysis. The second side, in contrast, embraces clarity and resolution, dense yet luminous soundscapes where reconciliation and acceptance take shape, culminating in The Blue Comet, a piece charged with finality and revelation. Opening with the multipart suite N-zero, symbolizing the beginning of therapy, and closing with O-one, evoking the soul’s original purity, the record traces a complete emotional and spiritual cycle. Between them, the third edition of Insomnia Never Ends once again portrays the struggle between sleep and the irresistible pull of musical distraction, a fragile tension that runs through the album as a whole. A new chapter in Jonnnah’s trajectory, the album is a document of transformation : from shadow to light, from questioning to acceptance. Featuring Pavel Milyakov (@buttechn ) right off the bat, ‘Me, With You’ is an album that grips its listener tight with gleaming electronica, off-kilter trip-hop and swampy bass. With past offerings to Soleil Rouge and Second End Records – a label which he heads – there’s a thread that laces all of Jonnnah’s work. Although never sticking to a definable bracket, the Lyon-dweller effortlessly floats through various tempers, peddling impeccable electronics as equally suited to colossal sound systems, as they are to solitary early morning walks in headphones. It’s ambient for the foreground that surprises with flurries of two-step and amen breaks – present-day sonics that doff their cap to what’s come before. SER004 // VA : Collage Vol.2 A subtle shift is taking place within the blurred margins of dance music. A collective yearning for spaces both literal and metaphysical where the lines between club and bedroom dissolve into mist, allowing the most nourishing elements of each to bleed into the other. The contours of these indeterminate zones emerge through a sound that gathers its influences like fog, ambient, dub, downtempo, trip hop, and the spectral echoes of after hours techno, sculpted into newly concentrated forms. Woven by fifteen artists across the globe into something that transcends demarcation, Second End Records’ newest compilation unfolds as a fluid and coalescing vision. Each track connects delicately to the next like glowing threads through a shared dream. Through rich topographies of distant bass, weightless percussion and soft tunnelling textures, COLLAGE imagines a boundless geography between artists, listeners, dancers and dreamers, where collapsing boundaries give rise to new emotional landscapes. Lyon-based artist @jo.nnnah graces our next Recovery Channel Outsiders episode on @kiosk.radio with a morning mix drawn from a period of personal transition, fragments of live sets folded into something slower and more inward. “I made this mix as an invitation to slow down and drift inward. I hope it offers listeners the right space to ask themselves the right questions. It reflects a period of transition I’m currently going through. I also included fragments from some live sets I’ve played, bringing in the emotions I experienced during those moments.” Dub textures, ambient weight, and the residue of live memory.
