I’m having tons of fun practicing Jiu Jitsu.
But it kinda f*cks your fingers up. Specially if you’re learning spider guard.
So, here's little loop animation I did while my fingers were sore.
How to animate 100 leaves? One by one of course. :) Here’s some BTS for the shots I’ve worked on Generosity piece with the awesome @ordinaryfolkco . Have a great weekend y’all!
Being a huge @jrcanest fan, you can imagine my happiness when he invited me to be part of a project with his then new born studio @ordinaryfolkco . I was specially happy to work closely with my long time friend @victorclaudiosilva for the first time. And, of course, with the stellar team they brought together to bring this beautiful piece to life. I've animated these 2 shots designed by the amazing @andersontvchris on @procreate 😱.
For @lululemon ’s Emmanuel Jal spot, made by @giantantstagram , I was in charge of animating some stylised frame by frame effects. Things like setting fire (and put it down later) and Dust for bullets hitting the ground.
Here are some breakdowns and the final shots those FX were used in.
Words can’t express what a huge honor was to work with @giantantstagram . And I was lucky enough to be given 3 shots to animate on Chris Benchetler spot for @lululemon ’s 20th birthday series. That texture animation and final comp was made by the great @shawnhight and designed by the amazing @rmayani . As a Animation Director for Naranja Series, done in my time at @lecube.tv and co-produced with @hueso.co , I had to get started on the motion graphics part so we could handle it to the animators.
This way they could have a good head start and a general direction of what we wanted those pieces to look like.
