late post but just wanted to share how amazing it was working production for Variety Show of Hearts ♥️ @globalbc a bit ago
thru Variety, ended up raising over 2 million dollars to help BC kids with complex health care needs
feeling really inspired by doing cool things that have a positive impact in the world 🌍 very lucky to be doing this
heartfelt few days working for @bctouringcouncil at this years Pacific Contact
lucky to stage manage & mix monitors for some really amazing artists like @dana_sipos (total highlight 🎵)
shoutouts to @audioalexis for being the absolute powerhouse that kept everything so well organized

Confluence 2024 - so much to say so I’ll just leave it at an extreme amount of gratitude for all lessons received this years conference.

Such an amazing last few days up in Wells BC for Northern Exposure.
Climate, and how we navigate forward as arts organizers, while difficult, is one of the most critical discussions we NEED to be having now.
Really want to thank @elysski and the entire crew at @islandmountainarts for facilitating such an amazing event.

Just returned home from the most amazing week attending @globaltoronto conference this week, representing @2riversremix festival.
Global Toronto and the folks at @smallworldnotes have something really special going on. Amazing showcases, conversations, and connections made.

@tinylightsfestival another amazing festival weekend
I began a lot of my journey in audio years ago at the schoolhouse stage in Ymir. Now almost a decade later, I get to return to mix one of the most magical performance spaces in BC.
This weekend gave me a lot of confidence in my ability as an engineer. it’s one of the rare events I can leave actually feeling positive about my performance
I was lucky enough to mix some of my favourite artists, meet plenty of amazing people, and return to the space where a lot of my life direction started
Can’t wait for the next year

Very grateful to the communities of Tuckkwiohum Village, Merritt, Neskonlith, and Spences Bridge for everything.
Next shows on the tour are in about ten days; going to try to rest up, and be ready for then. 🎶
