@andyheartthrob 34 today 💛💛 We had a tradition on our birthdays where we would share our biggest dream for the year ahead and push each other until that became.. a reality. Anyone who knew you knows you were everyone’s loudest supporter & biggest backbone. You built people up, you connected people, and so many of us are where we are today because of you.
You got to live your biggest dream of becoming a mum to Ruruu, and you were already chasing the next ones (like 1 week after giving birth?!). You wanted to start releasing the music you were producing (in te reo), teaching production/djing to teenagers in Kaitaia & travel around the world as an artist with ruruu by your side. With you, no dream was ever too big. It was always, “how do we make that happen?”
You gave me so much life. You taught me how to truly live, to let go of the small stuff, to move through the world at a higher frequency. As your aunt said so beautifully, it is now our job as your whānau & friends to keep writing the chapters in your book.
You lived more in 33 years than most people ever will. I miss you every single day. Thank you for everything you gave us. A real life angel 🪽
