So, it’s been a wild year… When we started WAY, our vision was clear: to uplift & bridge gaps between creatives through instigating a strong community of like minded individuals. Our ethos & kaupapa existed on the foundation of collaboration & what (we believe) is the essence of life: connection. Connection to oneself, to people, to the planet, to EVERYTHING. We still believe so very strongly in these mantras as being core to WAY as a platform. However, from these beginnings, we feel as though our core has got lost in translation amongst the craziness that was 2021. With life outside of WAY narrowing in areas out of our control, although we do believe community has been cemented (it’s you! & we are so grateful), the vision got a little hazy.  With all of that in mind & after much consideration we have decided to strip it back to why we started WAY: community. In order to do this, we have made the decision to support a selected number of designers who are yet to have a platform outside of way. Then, once we have found our footing again, we will be BACK & better than EVER.  Thanks for all the support so far - it’s been overwhelming & we are (once again) so grateful.
