Really cool experience getting to know & work with @jackson_dorian and have him in Snapt5 . I technically had never met him prior . I think we’ve all been watching him drop jaws since he was a micro Grom lighting up wave pools but feel like he’s really turned it up this past 2 years . Big barrels , big turns and of course big airs . His technique is sharp and translates well in his clips but what impressed me most is what a rad and humble kid he is . Absolutely loves surfing & is Loaded up with froth and enthusiasm . Fun fact late one night during the making of the film he sent me some 2 minute edit from a session he had that day in Indo . It was sick so I asked him who edited that so fast . He told me he whipped it together quick and loves to edit himself . Then I replied “ you’re going to edit your and @danehenry_ section for the movie and the rest is history . So yeah Jackson is gnarly . He’s a work horse not just surfing but on the tools editing . A overall weapon . I know he is currently out of the water with a broken jaw ( yes he shreds so hard he broke da mouth 😂 ) but wishing him a fast & full recovery . looking forward to seeing him back in the water and flaring up in the near future .
