The late great Jason Bogle !! Not many had an impact on me & my love for surfing and wanting to learn how to tube ride ride like this guy . He was a Brilliant barrel rider , great competitor making multiple podium QS finals from heavy Pipe & Sunset Events to knee high grinding comps in Japan . He was featured on Multiple covers of
@surfer_magazine . Was RVCA’s first ever team rider . His resume was thick but his heart was even bigger . It’s been around 20+ years since he passed but I think about him often . Gone way too soon but never forgotten and grateful for the memories and all the surf knowledge he tried his best to teach this California Kook . No chance will ever see a kid from Kailua ruling backdoor rocking Celtics / # 33 Lardy Bird Jersey ever again . Had to throw in some cranberries 🎵 one of his favorites . Thank you to the OG 🎥
