one year since my knee surgery today :))))))))) special to recognize how much time has passed and the progress made in this year. proud of myself as i've tried my very best to focus on progress and trusting the process. someone told me a quote from @jeremyjones "Never waste a good injury." that's kinda been my goal from the beginning of this. i feel I've truly been able to appreciate the opportunity to show up differently than I would if my knee was 100%

last month or so has been really exciting - exploring much more since my knee surgery!!!! 🦋
slowing down has been an opportunity to reflect and reset. I was able to spend long time at home with family and friends, got really inspired on ice and rock climbing, learning how ropes work💭✨🌬️appreciating the beauty of nature. grateful for this time. hitting the 9 month mark, got to carve my snowboard 🤗🤗🤗🤗 I realize there's no exact other way I feel I'm able to express myself the way I do on my snowboard. for now i'm soul carvin, switch carvin, stayin grounded, physically, mentally, soon we jib😈💫✨so incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way🫶🏽
