Here’s what keeps chairlifts spinning well into spring 👇
👫 Mountain Operations teams look at forecasted weather & temps, existing snowpack due to seasonal storms and state of the art snowmaking, coverage, and grooming, to make the most of the late-season.
❄️ Altitude, late-season snowstorms, and cold overnight temperatures also ensure if a mountain can hold their snowpack and offer what is known as a “Bonus Season”.
☀️ When it all lines up, spring skiing is the best kind of bonus: more laps, more mountain time, more sunshine.
The following #IkonPass destinations are still having a 26/27 Bonus Season, and some are even offering unlimited skiing/riding for new 26/27 pass holders to come out before the last chair of the season.

my fourth tour de @ikonpass is officially in the books and boy did we cover some ground this go around 🚐💨
for what this season was, I think I did a pretty darn good job making the most of it. traded in dry January for Japanuary and then upon returning to the states, drove north. then kept on driving north.
Japan > Salt Lake > Jackson > Big Sky > Schweitzer > Red > Silverstar > Revelstoke > Banff > Lake Louise > Alyeska
best part is that I was surrounded with great company every stop along the way. so shoutout to both the new and old ski homies I rode with this season. hope to share many more turns in seasons to come 🫶🏻

Boys trip with @IkonPass for the history books. This one was ICONIC.
Packed up the car in Boulder and headed straight into the Rockies—camping in the snow, waking up and then driving over to @arapahoebasin to ski all day.
A-Basin has that raw, alpine feel—steep lines, big terrain, and some of my favorite above-the-tree-line skiing anywhere.
And yeah… Simon came along for the whole thing too. Of course he’s one of the boys too!
Simon posted up at the base, watching it all go down like he owns the place.
What makes the Ikon Pass so fun—you’re not locked into one mountain. You can just pack up, move, and keep the trip going.
