Incredible sunset tonight on Cayuga Lake. Walked down to the shore at the bottom of Dublin Hill and found a reflecting pool that had been carved out by the recent torrential rains. The shoreline here is ever changing, morphed by water and ice each year. It’s a magical place to photograph. I can always find new ways to shoot a sunset on Cayuga Lake.

Elizabeth & RJ have known each other since 2nd grade, always friends through school & college but life always had them going in different directions. Until a few years ago when RJ swiped up on Lizzie’s instagram story about her favorite band and one conversation turned into many catching up and falling in love. 😍
They invited their favorite people to Inns of Aurora for the weekend to enjoy one of their favorite weekend getaways, the Finger Lakes, to celebrate their wedding day!! From the moment we walked into the schoolhouse yesterday, you could feel the love surrounding them. Everything was calm and just felt right. It’s wedding days like this where we know many of the guests where I’m reminded of just how special wedding days are, I’ve known Lizzie & RJ as individuals for most of my life but getting to see them join together as husband & wife was so special!!
