A 2-hour journey into the power of breath — to arrive, release, and remember yourself.
As the pace of everyday life pulls us outward, Halley invites you into a deeply embodied space of presence, sensation, and inner listening. Through Conscious Connected Breath, gentle movement, powerful music, supported touch and subtle energy work, we open the door to regulation, insight, and emotional release.
Each session in this series will be different. You are welcome to join once — and if you feel the call, attending multiple sessions can support building an ongoing practice and deepening your experience. Neither is required; both are welcome.
This practice is for those seeking:
• more nervous system regulation & calm
• connection to intuition
• somatic support & emotional release
• expanded states of awareness (similar to psychedelic experiences)

Important Notes
Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not suitable for people who are pregnant or with epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, clinical psychoses, recent surgeries, bone fractures, high intraocular pressure, or retinal detachment.
To support your experience, please avoid heavy meals for two hours before the session.

As a facilitator it can be a challenge to surrender & find spaces that feel good, big enough to hold us and all our stuff.
I was challenged to find people here in Vienna that I felt fully able to surrender with, but so deeply needed to be supported.
Luckily I have been connected in the most special ways with incredible, beautiful facilitators so I can fully unravel and then put myself back together to hold space for others.
A breath journey to me is different each time, sacred and I describe it as a returning to and deepening of the connection to self…. No matter what else happens. Whether it is through an insight, a remembrance, a release, deep rest, each time I am reminded who I am & what I am capable of in some way.
Deepest gratitude for those holding me & others 🙏🏽 and a reminder to soften into the spaces that feel aligned to support your own ability… we all need our places of safety.

Sometimes all we can do in the chaos is breathe deep 😮💨
Slowing the breath, through the nose, deep into the belly… an extended exhale.
All things that activate the parasympathetic NS & help us ‘regulate’ or come back into a space of using executive function again, feeling more yourself & hopefully less overwhelm.
We can’t control what’s happening in the outside world, only how we view it & respond to it. Being conscious of how our breath moves in us is the starting point.
Our breath & how it moves in us can reveal so much about our mental & physical state. And maybe a few deep breaths, often, is all it takes to stay present in this world ✨✨
