Yerrrt- Good morning motha fookas . 😊 It’s been so long I didn’t recognize you…you’ve grown so much! Me too. I think I’m 5’11” and 5/8’s now from not carrying my massive backpack as frequently, haha. Also… Check out my Pok-e-Meng card, lol On Christmas Eve while I was constructing the second scene in the 3D series my computers hard drive blew. The vibez were weird in 2022, it was the year of adapting to the unexpected… again, haha While saving to recover my hard disk I’ve still been having very specific ideas. Things I’d love to actualize but the time to perform each task is centupled when done on my older machine. A project that would take me an hour now takes me a day. I’m working on it… But I had to do something… So I made this ‘attack card’. It was an interesting thought experiment. Turning all of my negatives into super moves provided me with a lighter perspective and helped me to move through the mud. Then right as I was going to drop it fer y’all, I had an Idea… why not remove the samples from this song I’m working on for my buddy and use my 🥁🎺🎸as the background music for the card (cause it’s lit AF)… and then I was like… it’s time to figure out tik tok- so I cut together a reel. Lol I’m still at the mercy of my older machine but in the immortal words of the prophet @diddy ‘can’t stop, won’t stop, c’mon’ so we out’chea. If u knew me when I was a yout you’ll recognize ‘lil Rog’s accent in the sketch- if not… now you know, 😁. I wanna make this into a series! I’m calling it ‘Play my Card’. You’ll pick 5 photos you love and 5 things about yourself (negatives) that we will run through my editing dark room to turn them into odd strengths. What do you think? Gm- I hope you had electric dreams. // Here's a still I animated in #davinciresolve of a #3dmodel of a "working" #tv I made for a much darker #animation I'm making in #blender3d... Its like... a cray Russ doll situation, lol. A metametametametametametameta scene, haha. The art projects themselves are fleshed out fully custom scenes with digital sets, dialogue, fun animations, explosions (yup), and multiple camera angles (everything designed from scratch) with custom characters and more but I'm trying to get quicker at popping out little pieces to show (w/o having to put in too much extra time). At the end of 10 hours on the main animation I'd export a couple digital "set" photos to post in the AM and then disappointed that they're not moving🤷‍♂️, lol I'd go into Resolve to re-edit that ONE STILL for another 10 hours to try to find the "magic" when it's not even the main event- (aka. Toon's an asshole). So in the vein of not being as doodoo about sharing the process while posting a mysterious vibrating 3D model of a TV set... Here's a thing. lol It Loops!
