A crusty, dilapidated mech for the TANK-HEAD-CHALLENGE over on the Anfang28 discord server. Its large spherical chassis houses an experimental power source that leaks harmful radiation. The mutated lichen and moss that grows upon its hull have adapted to feed off this excess energy, forming a symbiotic relationship with the machine.
For this model I repurposed an unfinished mech project and equipped it with some serious headgear. Primarily built from gunpla bits and plastic baubles. I created mossy textures and rust build-up with thin sculpted layers of milliput.

The Rusted Wretchsworn, a Cult of the Procession of Woe for Turnip28 by @hieronymus_max . Hailing from a coastal crabbing community, these strange folk survived on crab-flesh and what few roots could grow on their iron-encrusted shores. The people ate the crabs, and the larger crabs ate them in return.
One fateful day, a colossal crab hauled itself ashore, wounded, and dripping with blue ichor. To the local people, this beast was obviously God.
They abandoned their homes and followed the beast, applying their God's blood as warpaint, decorating it and its children with all they could offer. The great crab cares little for its followers, though they do make a convenient snack when it gets hungry.

First to awaken, this putrescent Heart ascended from bile pooling in the Cosmic Titan's death-wound. Hungry for power, and deeply mistrusting of other Hearts that would soon follow. In Temerofex's mind, she is the one true successor, and the only being worthy of apotheosis.

What an amazing weekend!
Starting off with FringeFest organised by the amazing @fringe.community . A Friday full of friends, games, kitbashing, painting, and pure joy. So many wonderful people squeezed into a north London brewery
Then it was an early start on Saturday for Salute! I spent the day at Kitbash Korner organised by @the_ruined_flag alongside my friends and hobby heroes @nick_from_grayprimer@manglingminis@mindin28mm@dark_isles@bobnaismith@lukemockeridge@damp_dog@sarah_of_the_leafy_greens@grimngribbly@keira.kreations@cool.starship@by_bolter_and_blade@immaterial_creations@endreoverland@edaws_end & @charityminipainter , showcasing our kitbashed creations, and encouraging people to get weird with their own miniatures!
This weekend I've also been lucky enough to take my skirmish game HÆMORRHAGE properly out into the world, running playtest demos at Fringefest, and handing out stickers at Salute. The enthusiasm and support from the community for it has been overwhelming and I'm incredibly grateful
So that wraps up another Salute/Fringe weekend. My body is sore, my voice is gone, but my heart is full. Thank you to every single person I spoke to, I love this community 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
