Last month, we had the privilege of meeting with PwC in Kenya 🇰🇪 and it was truly an inspiring and energising conversation.
We explored how we can work together across Africa to shape the future of skills and the future of jobs, with a shared commitment to unlocking opportunity for young people. It was powerful to align on how we can bring more girls and young people into the iamtheCODE programme, equipping them with the digital and AI skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
What stood out most is the potential of collaboration—how organisations like @pwcus can help scale impact by transferring knowledge, building capacity, and supporting reskilling efforts across the continent 🌍✨

Being here in Portugal, I feel deeply connected to a global community that shares language, culture, and history. Portugal is part of something much bigger — a beautiful network of nations known as the Lusophone world, or the Community of Portuguese Language Countries.
And today, my heart is with the women and girls across these countries. 💛
I want to say this clearly:
I am here because I truly want to support women.

To support their leadership.
