I’ve got a Solo in Brisbane on the 12th
& a Women’s doubles on the 13th which I’m really looking forward to! To be honest it feels like I was just in Japan 🇯🇵 and time has flown by so so quickly.
Over this next week and a bit, I’ll focus on more HYROX sessions and runs before tapering off to fully recover! Thanks @running__physio for helping me get through this weeks training!
