Yup it’s here😀 The GOAT with BS. This fusion of 🇮🇩 x 🇦🇺 inspired from our indonesian classic “Iga Bakar” with little bit twist 😏 Using Goat meat as the main and we marinated with BS (Beni Sauce) our chef style @beni_p21 and his Sauce is a mix of red chilli, onion, garlic, butter, ginger, tomato, lemongrass, kafir lime, brown sugar, and sweet soy sauce. It seems quite a big sauce eh? Well, that’s why coming with clean bone broth to cleanse up in the end. Yes, this is seasonal 😏 Friday-Monday from 10 am Only until further notice! Let’s have fun 💙🤍

It's an Indonesian-inspired cafe in Glebe serving up bold flavours you don’t usually see in Sydney cafes. And honestly… the food was SO good and the service was amazing. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better 🥰 Everything we ordered was literally a hit, here's our review 👇 ➡️ What we got: 🥚 S.T.M.J – 10/10 Warm, rich and gingery (in the best way). That strong jahe (ginger) kick really comes through, balanced with milk, honey, egg + a coffee shot - super unique and comforting. And dw, it's cooked egg, not raw! 🍵 Matcha latte – 7.5/10 More on the milky side, but easy to drink 🥪 Babi guling focaccia – 9/10 You get thick, juicy pork belly - super satisfying and packed with flavour 🍗 Ayam geprek focaccia - 9.5/10 This one was SO good - the sambal had the perfect spicy kick, and the hot honey added that sweet contrast that just made everything pop. Crispy, saucy, addictive 🤤 You can really taste the Indonesian influence across the menu... it’s something different from your usual Sydney brunch.
