With a rich family background in cooking, Steve's culinary journey began during his teenage years, igniting a lifelong passion for the culinary arts.
Alongside his culinary and wine expertise, he is a trained Journeyman Butcher and ice carver. He is passionate about sustainability and works closely with a number of local farmers and producers to support local business and provide his guests with quality food and an education on the importance of buying locally.
Steve has been appointed as the Board President for
@EdmontonChefs.ca , the Edmonton Branch of the
@culinaryfederation , demonstrating his commitment to advancing culinary excellence in the region.
