During the holiday season we were fortunate enough to be able to cook a Christmas lunch for the students & staff at @sisteralphonse_gsacrd Chef Jesse used our state of the art test kitchen to prepare roughly 300 pounds of turkey, 90 pounds of ham, 200 pounds of mashed potatoes and all the rest of the fixings.
