Last night we kicked off the Western Canada National Conference with an incredible Ice Breaker evening organized by the Culinary Federation BC Chefs Association.
The night featured six live cooking stations, bringing chefs together to share flavours, creativity, and community. It was also a fundraiser supporting Culinary Team Canada as we prepare to represent our country on the international stage.

@rosinafoodproducts & the Culinary Federation invite all Young Chef Members to take part in The Rosina Ravioli Recipe Challenge! This national competition celebrates creativity, flavour, and the next generation of culinary talent. Young Chefs are encouraged to develop and share an original recipe featuring a vegetarian-friendly stuffed ravioli, complete with sauce and garnish.
Two winning recipes will be selected, with prizes including registration, travel, and accommodations for the 2026 Culinary Federation Conference in Kitchener–Waterloo, ON (May 25-28).
Winners will also be featured at the Rosina booth during the Product Showcase Day (May 27), with the added potential of having their ravioli showcased by a multi-unit restaurant group across Canada.
