There is so much Hops culture in this photo. Julio teaching Lisa after hours. Lisa getting ready for a ride a lot of us would never attempt. We are all tired and still hungry to learn and grow. Harrison's old van in the background, messy benches and floors after big days and weeks. And here we are, still loving it all. We have the best humans working and supporting here. We are so proud of what we have built, and we are so far from content, so the best is yet to come. Thank you all for supporting us!

When the hard working, polite, rodeo kid comes in we find a way to help him out. He came in trying to get his little brother a bike, and fix his beat up, too small bike...and we just couldn't stand for that so with the help of @pierres.pedal.project this old gem is his. A hand shake and a look in the eye and he said he'll bring it back when he outgrows it. I trust him. #localbikeshop #forthekids

Yesterday's @ridewithgps Spring Shakeout was wonderful! It was great to ride with you all and be a part of rich conversations and good vibes while rolling under the warm sunshine! My soul is full, my face is smiling, my legs are tired, and my skin is a little burnt. The "bike bus" style ride was a bit of an experiment and I definitely learned a few things for next time. Everyone seemed to enjoy the format, pace and conversations with one another, which is all I could have hoped for! Folks started in Victor, Driggs, Tetonia and Felt. Some peeled off at various points to shorten or modify their ride as needed. Our destination was the Bitch Creek Trestle on the Ashton-Tetonia Rail Trail. A few notes of gratitude and acknowledgements: - thank you, Zac (@sterlingisis ) for helping organize and lead us out from Driggs! - thank you to my wife and best friend, Taylor (@_taylala ) for helping organize and lead us out from Tetonia! - thank you @hopscyclery for the morning pastries, starting location and providing some immediate pre-ride mechanic help to some – this is why bike shops in our community matter! - thank you @ridewithgps for organizing these nationwide rides over the past couple of weeks! We're hosting a group ride this Sunday, April 19th on the last day of the Ride with GPS Spring Shakeout! Link in bio for event details and routes. Ride Distances— • 13.3 miles (Felt) - NOON roll • 27.7 miles (Tetonia) - 11 AM roll • 46.6 miles (Driggs) - 10 AM roll • 73.3 miles (Victor) - 9 AM roll In the style of a bike bus, we'll start in Victor at 9 AM, roll to Driggs and then head north to the Bitch Creek Trestle Bridge, linking up in Tetonia and Felt. Pick your distance! We invite you to join any or all of the ride. We run a very efficient ship here. We have to. We didn't come from much and we have to make every penny count, but I learned today that maybe it's too tight when our newest employee said "I'm gonna vacuum but that costs electricity and I know Jim doesn't like that" lol
