Cycling has been a constant for @marekrowinski_ for as long as he can remember. Living in Warsaw and working in a bicycle shop, his life revolves around the pedals, eventually leading him to choose Orbea for his personal rides.
While his roots were in fixed-gear and road cycling, a shift toward gravel opened a new perspective on where a bike can take the rider. Seeking a platform that balances professional performance with the versatility to escape traffic and explore new terrain, Marek recently completed his second Terra build. This custom Terra project is a dream build fueled by his technical knowledge and the inspiration of athletes like @morgan_aguirre , @speedcompanyracing , and @gmeaster91 . It is a reflection of a life dedicated to the sport and the constant search for the next path to explore.

The story of Orbea is defined by people who chose to build something lasting, with a long-term vision. In the 1980s, something took shape in our territory that would forever change the landscape of competitive cycling: the creation of the Orbea-Danena team.
This project was fueled by the conviction of Peli Egaña, a man whose life was inextricably linked to Orbea from the age of 11 and who became a fundamental pillar of our cooperative. Together with the @danenake and the support of @etxeondo , a partner deeply rooted in our cycling culture, they didn’t just form a team; they established a legacy of amateur and professional excellence. It was a project of firsts, including the pioneering steps of our first women's team, proving that progress is only real when it is shared by the community.
To celebrate 50 years of Danena & Etxeondo and honor those who drew the first lines of our recent sporting history, the inaugural @danena_klasikoa has been created. This cyclosportive is an invitation to ride through the same landscapes that forged our identity and to remember that we are where we are because of the paths we opened decades ago.

The off-season is only a break for those not looking for seconds.
With the first World Cup of the season behind us, we look back at the relentless work that brought us here.
It was a winter dedicated to building the foundation, testing varying levels of frame stiffness, and tweaking the Rallon DH chassis. While Rallon is already the most adaptable frame on the market, the narrow margins and extreme demands of the World Cup require more than just a benchmark. To find every possible millisecond, we have gone further, fine-tuning the stiffness of specific components to suit each rider’s style and the unique demands of every track.
The real value of this process lies in the team and our way of working. As a cooperative, we apply these principles to everything we do, built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. We speak to each other as equals: rider, designer, engineer, and mechanic working as one. We build a bike that is better than yesterday’s, knowing it will never be as fast as tomorrow’s.

For Michael and his wife, cycling is the shared language they have used to build their story since 2013. What began with a single hardtail and local tours soon evolved into a deep passion for the trails, leading them across the most iconic mountain regions of Austria.
Upon turning 40, they made a conscious decision to evolve their riding experience. With the Orbea Rise H10 LT, they found the perfect tool to balance physical effort with the freedom to explore further. From completing their first "Bike and Hike" in Fieberbrunn to finding their flow on the Hacklbergtrail in Saalbach, their journey proves that the bicycle has a unique power to strengthen bonds. Sometimes, work requires you to be in certain places.
But how you get to those places? That is entirely up to you.
Joseba and Mikel, our Road and Gravel Product and Content Managers, have set off this week from our factory in Mallabia toward Girona. Their professional goal is to be at The Traka to analyze trends and connect with the community, but their personal passion demanded a different approach. Instead of a direct trip, they chose an 816km bikepacking journey with over 5,500m of climbing.
As a cooperative, we are the workers and owners who live the cycling culture from the inside. We don't just observe the gravel scene; we are an active part of it, choosing the dust and the long hours in the saddle because we share the same obsession as you.
