We are hyped to announce the Boss Hog Showdown 2 on June 20th, 2026 at Brady’s Run Ice Arena. This will be a RAW ONLY MEET with a 60 lifter cap and will be RPS sanctioned with full power, push/pull, bench only, and deadlift only available. We will be giving out cash prizes to several top lifters by total and DOTs with amounts to be announced later. As always we will have small care packages for every competitor provided to us by our sponsors. We are extremely excited to announce @pioneer_fit will as a Platinum level sponsor who will be awarding the best overall male and female lifter, each with a $250 gift card! This meet will be part of a larger strength festival taking place at the 1200 seat ice arena where @580barbell will be hosting their @strongmancorporation regional competition, Battle at The Bridge. The 2025 Hogtoberfest went off without a hitch! This crew makes it happen again & again and each meet gets better. We are all volunteers who make no money from this and donate our time because we love the sport of powerlifting! Thank you to @580barbell for allowing us to use the gym, thank you to @kodiakbodybuildingapparel @bullseyebrewing and @valorsnacks for coming out and helping make our event awesome. Most of all thank you to the men and women who choose to lift at our meets! Without you there are no meets. We were able to witness so many impressive lifts today. The 2025 Boss Hog Showdown was a smashing success. With over 50 lifters the meet ran smoothly and efficiently without any major issues. First and foremost thank you to all the competitors who came out to compete and to all the spectators who came to support them. Without lifters there are no meets.
