Going to share weekly training recap while rehabbing bicep
Successful surgery Monday, and I really can't say how much I appreciate everyone's messages.
This definitely hit me hard mentally, especially with the Arnold prep being the literal best prep I've ever had, but I can only control what I can control.
Training split is going to be: 3 lower days with one being a heavy SSB variation, "bodybuilding day", and a more restorative effort day (marches, drags, band work) Plus 2 upper days, and 1 harder cardio day.
So thankful for my training crew @580barbell
