Two years ago I was invited to join @cirvamarseille I arrived with my new project Ph-X, a story of a matter crossing glass and quantum physics; between solid and liquid, between 0 and 1 that resonate with my identity as a trans-non binary and as a Korean, foreigner. Surrounded by so many transitions between my voice, body, language, visa, grief and new lives, I was wondering if it was the right moment to do the residency to fully concentrate. But it turned out that was the very perfect moment that I could have again, grown up with Ph-X, ever closely to this matter, glass. I would like to thank glass masters, @veisdavid @fernandotorreglass @cyrillerocherieux for sharing their knowledges, letting me discover the glass behaviour, and teaching me a language of glass with your magic. And apprentices, especially @thomas.paynel thanks for your precious helps and tips. Thank you @alexandre.m.lt for your pedaling production skills, @b_hgt for your most beautiful razor-sharp gaze on my works and Charlotte for taking care of my babys with the help of Jeanne. First and finally @stanislas_colodiet , thank you so much for believing in Ph-X, and for the opportunity of having this unforgettable adventure with this new family. Hello, I’m happy to invite you to my very first home.  After more than 11 years of wandering around,  it means a lot to finally have my own place here.  Grand merci à @clara_pasteau for building this dream house — shapeshifting with me through Clean H, Shuffle H, and Chaos H — in three tongues [EN] [FR] [KR]. It was such an exciting time to draw this space: floor marks, magic doors, and a room full of potatoes. Théo Casciani and HaYoung investigate its story with a speculative approach, mixing research and creation. In the company of a group of artists, researchers and writers, this evening of readings examines the history of Jikji, its interpretations and its confrontation with the violence of the world.
