I’ve been testing the PeakDo LinkPower 2 Power Bank for Starlink Mini, a compact battery designed specifically to run the Starlink Mini completely off-grid. During a recent cold-weather test I was able to run my Starlink Mini for about 4 hours in freezing temperatures without any issues. Key features:
• 99Wh battery (flight-safe)
• up to 65W output for Starlink Mini
• USB-C PD + DC ports
• pass-through charging (run Starlink while charging the battery)
• LCD status display + Bluetooth monitoring What’s new vs the previous version
Compared to the PeakDo LinkPower Power Bank for Starlink Mini, the new version adds:
• improved power management for up to ~5h runtime
• better cooling with a metal heat sink
• additional charging flexibility including magnetic DC input If you want to run Starlink Mini fully mobile this is a very clean and compact solution that fits into the Get 5% off with: PXOVAJGKKVDA /PeakDo-LinkPower-2-Power-Bank-for-Starlink-Mini-p6885437.html @forgeconcepts SL Mini Bag.

In situ ADS-B receiver comparison RTL-SDR Blog V4C vs. FlightAware Pro Stick Plus Tested with Avare ADSB Pro and ATAK (ADS-B Direct Plugin). Across multiple measurement intervals the difference was consistent: The FlightAware Pro Stick Plus delivered significantly higher message throughput, more valid frames, and stable continuous tracking. The RTL-SDR showed low message counts, repeated zero-valid intervals, and higher CRC ratios. At 1090 MHz, front-end quality matters. Integrated LNA and filtering improved signal-to-noise ratio and decoding reliability under real-world RF conditions. Result: Higher stability Higher message rate Greater maximum range Independent field test Created together with @headsdown_commsup #communication #outdoor #recon #radio #tech
