Happy Mama’s Day to all moms, all who have moms, and to all who have been called moms! A lovely day for so many, a challenging day for others. This goes out to those who have lost mothers, mothers who have lost children, those with strained mother relationships, mothers with strained relationships with their children, those who have chosen to not be mothers, and those who are yearning to be mothers. I’ve now lived my life longer without my mother than I have with. Not only do I feel her daily, I know she’s navigated very wonderful, powerful, loving maternal figures my way and I am so grateful for their love! 💝 #mothersday

Spoiler alert: “Contact” is one of my favorite movies (and books). I remember the first time seeing it thinking the actress portraying a young Jodie Foster was pitch perfect and captured her beautifully. That’s a WRAP on Oscars 2026! Such a fun day on the road with my BFF and creative collaborator @jonlieckfeltbeauty glamming up these two beauties @officialfrandrescher and @driverminnie ! We did modern 60s glam on Fran, with the insanely talented @brendacooperstyle styling and also talented @chantalynn.la on nails. For Minnie, we channeled Halston-era Studio 54 glam with a strong, graphic eye and glowing skin with a peachy nude lip. @andrewgelwicks did incredible styling and a special shout-out to @sethd_la for “nailing” the perfect pink polish that Minnie artfully applied. And a huge shout-out of gratitude to my phenomenal @forwardartists team- Jamie Davis, @amb_zan & @nina.banzon for making it ALL happen and just being the BEST of the best.
