🚀 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙒𝙃𝙊𝙇𝙀 𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀 🧗 . Working together with Giani during his projecting on SVT I quickly realised that the beauty and logic of line was striking. Yet at the same time, it consists of so many individual and still beautiful moves. . WHAT TO DO NOW!? . To be able to capture the whole line of STIL VOR TALENT together with Giani was a huge dream of mine. And as it turned out I only saw ONE WAY of capturing "THE WHOLE LINE!" This composite shot consists of more than 20 individual shots taken at dawn and added together in Photoshop. The skilled photographers of you will know that there was a purely hypothetical chance to have taken this shot IN CAMERA 🤯 But it would have meant a crazy amount of planning as well as skill and coordination DURING Giani's FA. . So what can I say? I'm actually PROUD of how this shot turned out. Thank you Giani for making this shot possible. Thank you also for establishing this beauty on Bruno Block. "STIL VOR TALENT" FB 8C/+ FA has been born.😍 . "IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT". Walt Disney . So far my hardest #firstascent & boulder at the same time - if you can still talk about bouldering - because the line is more like a sport climbing route in terms of length & amount of moves. . With the FA of "SVT" I'm fulfilling a huge dream✨ - a dream that has been very present in my life over the past weeks. I had a concrete plan & was very focused to follow it & implement it accordingly. I'm now super happy & very grateful that it worked out & that my dream line has become real. . I would like to say thank you everyone involved for their great support! You are the best! 🙏🥰😘 . The journey started already last autumn after my ascent of "LA GROSSE TARLOUZE" FB 8C. IMO already a great line, logical by the fact that you get off the "NES" 8B+ without a rope, on the easiest way - which is itself already a good challenge. The only point which I find disturbing is that you climb down after the big sloper-rail before you continue climbing towards top. Because of this small disturbing factor the idea & vision was born to get out of the boulder on a more direct as well as harder way, which leads to an add. hard two move sequence - the crux of the whole boulder. An upturning, tension-intensive, shoulder move, from a perfect shaped pinch into the slopy roof, followed by a cool dyno to a big railsystem. This crux we succeeded in late autumn 2019, towards the end of the last #magicwood season. So the incentive was definitely created to dream of the line and to return as soon as possible. . However, a lot of patience was necessary to hold out until after the corona lock-down & the area re-opening. At the beginning of May 2020 I started to clean & debug the overhang & the slab above. I was quickly thrilled by the rock quality & the style, which is still challenging the psyche up to the top. . Persistence, a good balance between sharp attempts & training units depending on the weather conditions were key factors for the final success. . [NIRVANA] FA - Where silence begins and the rock speaks. 🤫🏔️ After many years I returned to the Silvretta Mountains to escape the summer heat🥵. I repeated "Rombuk" and spotted a possible left exit into the top of "Baby Lama". The new additional sequence immediately blew me away with its quality. After a few sessions this beautiful sustained power-endurance line was born – full of creative body positions and constant tension.  I was hesitant to publish this first ascent, but in my opinion this variation/line is simply too good not to share. I hope other will enjoy repeating it!  The boulder can also be started with a New School jump-in, which would be "Nirvana Stand". I swear… this is exactly why climbing becomes addictive 🤯 [ANDUIN] — the left exit of the Brione classic [ENTWASH] — wasn’t even on my radar until I recently saw a clip of it! For me, the pogo move is the crux 💥 — and also the most fun part. The difficulty really comes down to sticking that one move — at least for my height — while the whole line feels obvious and logical when you’re standing in front of the block. Makes it even more surprising that it doesn’t get more traffic. Definitely a hidden gem 💎. Highly recommend! And Brione? Permanent Midnight🌘 . Well, what a great line - honestly even better than I expected. Probably one the best boulder in Fionnay. I had 'PM' on my radar for a long time but had never made it to Valais for bouldering. This was the first but definitely not the last trip to Fionnay. I have known 'PM' since the release of the movie "Better Than Chocolate" by @harounsouirji in 2011, which was around the time I started bouldering. . PM was a good challenge for me. More physical in style and quite sustained in difficulty. I had to fight for a successful ascent and needed more attempts than intended. The skin had to get thin and bleed first, only then I was ready to try hard enough and fight!! It was also a good challenge because I was totally out of shape🙈, due to too little sleep, less training as well as a knee injury. [ALPAHNE MOON] 🌖 Well, the dream line is to the left of it and I think the next time we visit the cave it's time to start trying 'ALPHANE'💪🤩. Anyway, yesterday we visited the cave and had a great session on the boulder 'ALPHANE MOON'. Thanks to the great crew for the good time. @albertf13 @jannisdeuring @anja.gorzellik To add a few words to the boulder. In my opinion not the best line in ticino but well worth it. [SALAMANDRE] 🦎 Some impressions of 'Salamandre' in Brione recently captured by talented @vanessa_winter07 🙏 Every time a wonderful experience to be in Brione and to be able to move on this smooth rock😍. 'Salamandre' I didn't really have on the list because in my eyes the line doesn't look that great compared to other boulders in Brione or isn't as spectacular as for example 'Vecchio Leone' to name one. However, everything is a matter of opinion and even this can change quickly. So it happened that I visited the boulder together with @albertf13 at the end of October. The flash attempt failed🤪 and quickly it became clear that the boulder can be quite exhausting and beta intense🤩. 🔜 we had a solution of all sequences figured out but attempts we made not many, too tired for the send and besides we wanted to try something else. After the session my opinion changed😅. 'Salamadre' described in a few words, physically great boulder with a great shaped pinch to begin, following the crux with a tension intense crossover or kneebar which makes the crossover much easier and finally with a great bycicle and an easy finish. Highly recommended. Nothing else to say😀. I initially wanted to climb it without the kneebar. However, when I came back alone at the beginning of November I had to make a decision since I only had a crashpad with me. Either try with kneebar which is safer or come back for it. [DARK SAKAI]🔪🗿 . No struggle, No progress, No success. 'Maxime Lagacé' . Another chapter has been completed with the ascent of DARK SAKAI. . It took me quite a lot of effort. I had already tried the boulder briefly last year after the successful ascent of TIGRIS SIT, but without success. . Somehow it drives me to keep trying the boulders that I have to work hard on and are not my cup of tea.😎 . I came back this summer to try DARK SAKAI again. After a few sessions I was able to reproduce the crux sequence well, after even the single moves had felt hard at the beginning and I failed to connect the three move crux sequence at the end of the roof. I had a plan - only when I could climb the sequence well did I start trying. . |addicted to logic|🚀🤩 . Too good not to share with the community? . Bouldering is definitely a sport where you can and must be creative! I'm always excited to come up with new moves and sequences as well as to find and create new lines. Often just for myself - for fun or just as a challenge / workout. . 'Adicction to Logic' is a variation to 'Blocx Addition' with an explosive/dynamic and direct exit to the sloperrail and end of @FRED_NICOLE classic 'Souvenir'. . I've climbed this variant already in the season 20/21 and did repeat it often when I was at the spot. Quite a few other bouldering enthusiasts were thrilled by the creation and were of the opinion the boulder needs a name. Whether it is necessary to name variants, I do not know🤔 - anyway, there is now a name for it!😅 . Try it out and enjoy the good rock!
