Sissyfuss 8A+
This boulder is the whole package: Pure Power, Committing Mantle, then Friction Slab. Highly recommended!
The mantle into a no hands, friction slab is what first drew me into Sissyfuss. The first move is indeed the crux, but combined with the top, it’s a classic.
Conquistador 8A+
This was the my focus this season. In years past, I’ve always floated between projects never having really focused in on a single boulder. Coming out of last season, I was drawn to the idea of giving Conquistador my full focus. I’m drawn to ‘classic lines’ which to me must include: 1.) a strikingly beautiful piece of rock, 2.) great movement and holds, and 3.) a scenic setting. That makes Conquistador a true ‘classic’. Plus, the top out is just heady enough to make it a quite exciting finish.
Huge thanks to @cameronhartley123 and @latticetraining for helping me prepare to for it. In the end, the process of getting here was so enjoyable.
As an added bonus, I accessed this boulder exclusively via public transit. I’ll do a separate post with those details. ♻️🚎😊 @ecopoint_climbing
Fake Pamplemouse
I tried this one back in October, but didn’t have the fitness to link together the moves. Today was a different story. Thanks @cameronhartleyclimbing for helping me unlock that snappy power! @latticetraining
Shoutout to this great setting team! Thanks for a week of laughs and hard boulders! Not pictured, but equally important: @nat_atari@lowie_l

Black Pearl 🏴☠️
One of the nicest boulders in all of Switzerland. Steep with great holds, toehooks, bodytension, tricky heel hook, and set along the river.
Also recommend in the same sector: La sfinge
P.S. please enjoy the many footslips on the topout.
