Recorded in 2002-03 and standing uniquely apart from other music of that era, this set of strange, country-dusted rock and mellow psychedelia is a 21st century echo of Skip Spence’s Oar. Featuring contributions from psychedelic hip-hop pioneer @edanexists (Beauty & The Beat, Echo Party), heavy-psych guitar god Jason Simon (Dead Meadow) and hip-hop producer/multi-instrumentalist Eli Elkin (aka Memory Man). The album is out on April 10, 2026 on limited edition vinyl by Tekeli-li Records, the label run by Jason Simon of Dead Meadow, with digital distribution through Ghost Tower Records. Last year saw the release by Suicide Squeeze Records of an LP that Beltram made awhile back in collaboration with Akron’s Six Parts Seven. He also recently put out the single “Empty Rooms,” featuring Jessica Lea Mayfield.
