A NEW TEAM FOR MELTED FILM FESTIVAL
After hosting Melted Film Festival for the last two years we have decided to place it in the safe hands of a new team! We are very happy to announce @trashclubtrash , Carlotta, Enrico and Abby will be hosting Melted 2025 and their open call is up now!!
If you already applied to the festival before this, don’t worry your films will be passed on to the new team! And Future Number Five will be back with new projects soon 🫶
Earlier this year it would have been hard to imagine that we’d be back in action and hosting a film festival by Dutch Design Week, but here we are! 💛
A big thank you to Tonda and Lei, everyone who came to see the films and everyone who supported us along the way! It was lovely be back in Eindhoven and to see so many of your beautiful faces in real life!

Melted Night 4 in photos. This last night was an insane run through glitching import cars, purchasable dreams, tube TV surreality, plotless tension, leaving the world by sleeping, and accumulated viral events that only unfold when recorded with a pocketable camera.

Melted Night 3 in photos. On this evening we experienced winding weeds, abandoned pastures, dancing rocks and adventurous field trips. Through the lens of the filmmakers we were shown the many ways in which people connect to and shape what is vaguely called ‘landscape’.
